Sustainability isn’t just a tagline for us—it’s the philosophy that guides how we build, source, and finish every project. While we know we won’t always get it perfect, we work daily toward a near zero waste goal, believing that even small changes add up to a healthier planet.

  • Ethically sourced, efficiently used
We prioritize materials that are responsibly harvested and use them with care. Off-cuts are either mulched, repurposed for other builds, or disposed of responsibly. Items removed from jobs are recycled, reused, or discarded properly to avoid unnecessary landfill waste.

  • Smart material choices
We strongly favor plywood over MDF due to its durability, reduced toxins, and better lifecycle performance. In fact, we have not used MDF in any of our builds since the start of 2024.

  • Healthier finishes
Wherever possible, we choose water-based finishes over oil-based alternatives—better for indoor air quality, safer for our team, and gentler on the environment.

  • Minimal packaging, smarter transport
Final coats for many residential and commercial projects are applied onsite. This practice reduces single-use packaging for transport and allows us to lean into reusable and multiple-use solutions.

We see sustainability as more than a policy—it’s a practice built into the DNA of our company. Our goal is not perfection but progress: consistently pushing toward better choices, smarter systems, and less waste. A goal with future generations in mind!
