About Jason Walker

Working alongside electricians, HVAC technicians, and general contractors during and after high school was how I got my start in construction. Carpentry quickly became the area where I felt most at home—hands-on, detail-driven, and creative.

Years later, in my 30s, I earned a BA in Neuroscience and Behavior from Columbia University, while working as a Lead Carpenter for Kadan Productions Inc. Along the way, the coursework helped to develop my critical thinking, problem-solving, and organization ability, which have contributed to the way I operate my business.

Outside of the shop, I’m a husband and a dad. Those two roles keep me grounded and remind me what’s truly important.
