  • Yes — offsite estimates are typically given after preliminary review of materials or following a phone call. Sometimes a site visit is needed and may require a fee of $175 for that 45-minute appointment. That fee is typically credited toward your project upon moving forward.

  • We work most always with solid wood and high-grade plywood — rarely with particle board or MDF. Finishes are most always water-based, and our workflow is designed to minimize waste and environmental impact.

    For more complex design needs (structural integration, advanced layout planning, architectural detailing), I may recommend or collaborate with Interior designers, architects, and/or specialized drafters or rendering professionals.

  • I fabricate and install all built-ins, benches, cabinetry, and custom woodwork. This ensures consistent quality and a precise fit. There are projects that I can accommodate installation only. Reach out to see if your project is a good fit for that.

  • In most cases, yes, we can match existing wood species, trim details, paint and stain colors, or architectural profiles. This is highly dependent on a variety of factors. We’re happy to talk through all your options.

  • Absolutely. We collaborate frequently with designers to bring their concepts to life.

  • Our schedule typically books out between 4 to 12 weeks, depending on time of year and current workload. Planning ahead is highly recommended for larger builds, but we do offer rush service for projects when that can be accommodated. So, don’t hesitate to ask about our availability for your specific project, as wait times fluctuate.

  • Yes, and we use high-quality water-based finishes in most cases. We also tend to apply final coats on-site when appropriate to reduce waste during delivery and ensure color accuracy in your space.

  • Yes. Our Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request.

  • Yes. Combining clients’ inspiration with practical construction solutions and real-wood craftsmanship is one of our specialties.

  • Yes. Removal and responsible disposal can be included in your estimate. All waste is handled with care and intent.
